Awesome book! The story plot might be predictable, but it took several twists and turns on the way making for a fun listen. The music was nice and two songs were the kind that will stay in my head - I'm from the sun and The Carvery. The narrator was smooth and fun to listen to. I highly recommend this book for all ages. Last night's discussion of Clare Clark's Full sun book the Full Light of the Sun at the Music Hall Book Group was lively, but I myself was not enchanted with this novel. The talk veered off mostly into art and forgeries, into Van Gogh in particular since he was one of the unifying elements of the book, and a bit into the period of Berlin between the wars/5.
